Click on the assessment that needs to be completed and select Assess.
At the assessment window, scores and comments can be input for the teacher candidate. There are four main components to this window.
As the assessment is being completed, it is possible to save progress and come back at a later time to finish.
Save and Close is the option to save work and return later if not all portions of the assessment have been completed.
Save as Draft is the option to save work and return later if all criteria have been scored, but further changes or comments may need to be added.
To finalize an assessment in the system, make sure to complete scoring each criterion, add comments, and click on the green Save button. Teacher candidates will receive a notification that there are evaluations in Anthology to review.
After the assessment has been submitted, all stakeholders can go the detailed placement view to see the results.
Like assessments, cooperating teachers may also be asked to use surveys to complete field observations or evaluations. There are several ways to access surveys.
Use the link from the email notification. Log in with the associated email, and the notifications screen will show a list of surveys and assessments. Click Take Survey.
