View Evaluation Status

• From the detailed placement screen, the complete list of observations and evaluations can be reviewed.

• There are two ways to view the status of evaluations.

  • The Assess module shows a list of pending and completed assessments.
  • The Experiential Learning module shows the full details of placements that the cooperating teacher is associated with.

Assessment Module

To access the assessment module, go to the main menu and select Assess. There are three main areas:

1. My Held Assessments - Any assessments that are not released immediately will show up in this window.

2. Pending Assessments - A complete list of all pending assessments for the cooperating teacher.

   <aside> 💡 This view does not show the title of the assessment so it may be beneficial to look at the detailed placement view.

3. Completed Assessments - A complete list of all assessments that have been scored and released to students.

Experiential Learning Module

To access the experiential learning module, go to the main menu and select Experiential Learning.

• Open the field placement to view the teacher candidate’s progress.

• A list of all assessments and surveys will be listed.

• To view results, click on the desired assessment or survey and select view summary

• The summary view will show a detailed list of scores and comments for review.

• If it is necessary to re-assess after the score has been released, go back to the main field placement window. Click on the assessment and select Reassess.
